Speaking of which Mark was here yesterday and when I answered the door Jassy was on me.
She's scared of outside so when I go to the door she goes under my hair behind my head so she didn't notice who it was. I sat her on the stand and Mark sat down at the table. Giggle She took one look at him and screamed like a little girl....She was probably thinking why is that guy who clips my wings and files my nails in my house Giggle

I need to plan a spa day for Callie too. While I'm at it, I think I'm going to have her sexed and ask about vaccinations, etc. Okay car, get ready for another trip to Cornell!

sounds like a good idea. I might get Ducki's bloodwork done at his annual check up - just so that I have more options if I want to go somewhere.

Ducki's beak growth is normal and he spends enough time chewing things to keep it at a good length naturally, so it didn't need to be cut. (Yay Ducki for good beak maintenance!)

Carol it has been a long time, I just love Jassy she is so adorable but Quakers are just that way.
Andrea I have to have Mikey's smoothed out about twice a year, it will start flaking and the vet say's that he could catch it
on a toy or even the cage and rip it, so we have to have it done. Maybe Ducki could come over and teach Mikey good beak maintenance. lol!

Giggle I think it depends on the species, too - some have faster-growing beaks or eat tougher food in the wild.

Yeah that's what I figured, with Gilligan I don't have to do it. Mainly with Mikey and I have noticed Zoe will have to go get a beakacure next month. Which I'm sure she won't mind since she loves her vet.
