you can shrink them in photobucket...I'd reccommend getting an account anyway because it's great for post pics in discussions too.

Yes go to www.photobucket.com and it is the easiest way to resize.
Or you can email me a picture that you want for your avatar ... hmmm I may have some from the meeting if you want me to use one of them.
