Not so nice circumstances

Okay, just wanted to let you ladies know: I may not be on as often as I *usually* am (I know, I'm not on on a normal schedule or anything).
Peter's being discharged from the Navy on Sunday, and we'll be in the process of packing out apartment and moving into my parent's house by Dec 15. It's not something any of us wanted, but there's no choice. Peter has no job up here anymore, so he'll be going to school where my dad works (thank God my dad works at a local technical college, it'll make it so much easier to get Peter in).
The Navy has been screwing us left and right, and we've been trying to roll with the punches, but this last thing they threw at us was just too much for us. Sylvia will be extremely happy as she'll be going to live with her bff Sonshine (the conure she grew up with), and Tripod will be with Cricket (my mom's half dachshund, half Rhodesian Ridgeback "puppy"). In the long run, Little Bit will be happy too because Pete will be able to support us after he's done with his schooling (he wants to be a nurse).
Well, I'll be on as much as possible, but I won't be posting anything with pics until the second half of December. I hope you all understand.

That stinks. But it sounds like it might turn out to be a good thing in the end. I live with my parents too, and it's not all that bad . . . usually.
