I have a caption for the first one "I whip my hair back and forth!" (It's a song)
Pete's a Glider-Bird.
Glider-Bird: In the wild, glider-birds are almost always observed as a genetic cross between 'glider types' and 'flying types'. In fact, pure-bred glider-birds are rarely found in the wild, since they seem to make easier prey than their flighted counterparts. Coversely, glider-birds abound in captivity, and indeed seem to thrive. Captive glider birds have adapted to their surroundings by finding human hosts, who are delicately (and not-so-delicately) coerced into acting as elevators, allowing the glider-birds to achieve an ideal launching height.
