BENNY! It's been a while since I saw him! How's he doing? Any new hiding places?

I have to keep my eye on that Benny.
He's taken up ruining more baseboard.
For quite awhile he was just playing non-stop on top his cage but I guess he got bored with that.

Mom's got some wood whittlers, but all of hers have much smaller beaks (though Pinky is quite efficient with his). Maybe you should buy him a good chunk of log. Who knows, maybe he is a sculpture in disguise?

I tried putting 2x4's around and it scares him half to death
He would much rather have the nice baseboard trim to chew up I guess.

OMG, that's too funny!! Poor, Benny. Callie gets bored easily, too. I keep telling her that she needs to learn to play by herself WITH all the toys Mommy buys for her, instead of sitting there staring at me half the day waiting to come out! But, at least she has a set "out time" when we can watch her AND the woodwork.
