Work at home day! Empty Work at home day!

Post by andrea Sat Jun 25, 2011 2:14 pm

A couple weeks ago I woke up too sore to move much, so I set up my computer to work from home (data crunching, yay (sarcasm)). Of course, Duckman didn't mind at all. In fact he decided to help. First with some calculations:

    Work at home day! 003-1

And then in a supervisory capacity:

    Work at home day! 001-1

I remember those days well, Andrea. Haven't had them quite as often since they started loading me up with immunosuppresant drugs -- but I wouldn't recommend them! Ducki is such a good little helper!!! Giggle

Giggle He is a great paper shredder too.

As for soreness - I've been downgraded from lupus to fibromyalgia + chronic fatigue syndrome, meaning I'll still feel pretty shitty but at least I won't be at much risk of organ failure (yay!)

Oh good! (I think) Fibromyalgia is pretty painful, though. But at least now medical science knows what it is. My former boss was one of the first people diagnosed. Her original doc wanted to send her to a psychiatrist. The poor thing would hobble into work every day hunched over and in tears! I felt like smacking the doc till his teeth rattled!
