    I was following some instructions in a book for this one. Dummy that I am, when the artist listed the colors needed for each step, I didn't realize he mixed them up BEFORE he used them! lol -- so the hillsides turned out a little psychedelic. I'm trying it again, so hopefully we'll see some improvement!

    I liked this one better before I added the pines. Again, I'm going to try it again. It's from a picture of a snow squall in our back yard.

    I like the faded pine in the background...it showcases the lack of visibility of a snow squall.

    Right! Unfortunately, you don't get the effect on the ones closer up. I have no idea how to do snow with watercolor, so this is definitely a learning experience!
