Brian found this little guy inside the air filter of a truck.
It's a little red squirrel baby which I am calling Skippy but Brian insists it's Henry Giggle
When he brought him home he just laid there but after being warmed up his strength came back.
I just hope we got the formula in time to build him back up before we release him back to the wild.
As you can see Brian's idea of feeding him means putting anything and everything in the bin so he can feed himself.

Awwwww what a cutie pie!!! I fed a little black squirrel some peanuts a week ago and wouldn't you know the little bugger comes to the front of my house for his peanuts now Very Happy I can't believe he found the front of the house and knew it was me. I just got to make sure the dogs are sleeping when i go out to feed him or they go Mad in the livingroom window lol.

Yay Brian! Adorable bottle you've got there - look at those tiny hands!

I just hope he does ok when Brian releases him. He's getting attached to him and now crawls all over him and gets under his shirt. He's still very scared of the big outdoors. Just wants to be cozy so far.

How old are they usually when they leave their parents?

I don't know but I think he's not too far away from being full grown.
