Pretty flowers!

Last year Mr. Phil and I bought a unit in a 7-unit condo building. Our upstairs neighbor went a little nuts in the spring planting different things in our tiny patch of communal front yard.

Here are some of his super successes:

Thanks! My favorite are the yellow ones. When they were first planted I was a bit weary - I figured it would bloom for one week and then we'd have empty stems on our front lawn - but those pictures were taken in July and that plant is STILL blooming now

Can you find out what it is? I love it.
