Baby grey has been home a month now and he is doing FANTASTIC !!! He is manouvering really well in his HUGE cage and i have added more toys gradually which he is now hanging from and chewing up . The first week home he had quite the pressure in his bite and chomped down on everything, especially fingers... ouch! I just kept grabbing his beak gently with my fingers and said "NO" firmly and within a week he has been gentle as anything since . He also learned in the 2nd week how to give kisses, let me tell you when he gives kisses he gives kisses . I'm finding it really hard to decide on a name though. We were calling him "Colby" and then i thought that sounds too close to "Chloe" and i'm going to get these 2 confused . Today while watching t.v. i heard the name "Logan" which is really different. He has also mastered Peewee's wolf whistle but he only seems to do it first thing in the morning. It's funny hearing him come out with all these different noises. We ALL made the right choice of choosing each other and i absolutely love, love, love him to pieces .

Yay baby grey! It sounds like he is fitting well into your life. How's he get along with the rest of your flock?

Thanx Andrea... I have tried to introduce him to the tiels and i think he doesn't like them because they fly around and he can't Bella and him opened beaks together and i was too scared to see if they would be nicey nicey (his beak is bigger than hers) lol. It surprised the heck out of me when he went near Emma cause she doesn't want anything to do with any of the flock but she was trying to feed him and getting all excited doing her Sennie dance All my flock are close enough but yet far enough away from each other, Bella tolerates the tiels hanging out on her cage most times and if she doesn't and goes to beak them they just fly away but the others are clipped so i'm really leary.
