Toys for little birds Empty Toys for little birds

Post by andrea Sat Dec 10, 2011 5:03 pm

I was making Christmas gifts for my mum's flock (2 tiels, 2 finches, 1 lovebird) and one of them turned out looking pretty good so I thought Carol might be interested in adding it to the BillyBird line of toys.

There are two pictured here because I like the first one I made so much that I made another for Duckman but ran out of leather laces:

In my head I'm calling them 'beaded squidlings', but I won't be offended by a name change Wink

I am not sure I have seen the wiffle ball but I do have to say that the (excuse my description because I don't know its name) the little tassle green moppy toy... is an absolute hit with Tigger my sun conure. She (not officially sexed, but pretty sure nonetheless) absolutely loooooovvveessss it. I love you Trying to get a good pic of her sitting in it sometime.

In fact she loved it so much that I bought one for my sister in laws lovie too! Smile

Ah! The fleece preener! I have one for Ducki but he's not a huge fan. He prefers to cuddle up in his cozy hut.
    How much are the galexies?
