Unfortunately the care giver wasn't giving them proper care resulting a very overgrown beak on the male Sad

Are they boarding? Is Mark allowed to help the poor guy with the beak? CAN it be helped at this stage?

The young'n's beak looks a little off, too. Poor things! Beautiful birds, though! Quite majestic!

Actually Solitaire's beak is good. They have had 2 showers since they came and are looking a bit better. Also on pretty bird species specific which should help. Mark is not allowed to touch the beak. I believe the original breeder is buying them back and taking them to his vet. The male is also blind so Bug does everything for him. She gorges herself and feeds him.

That's so sweet of bug! I'm glad they are not going back to 'smoke man', but I hope the breeder takes good care of them. They look like they need some love.

A disabled lady bought them an paid a guy to look after them. Obviously he was spending her money elsewhere

Yes! They deserve so much better than the lifestyle they've NOT been enjoying.
