    mom's adopting Empty mom's adopting

Post by andrea Fri May 24, 2013 9:48 pm

Got this email from the Mom:

"I, to Dad's dismay, am adopting a 12 year old. His name is Zack. His present mom is worried she can' t provide the love and attention that he needs. He will stay with us for a month to see how he adapts. He was basically part of the home purchase of his present mom. He became attached to the preteen in the home at the time. Possible a divorce. She is now too busy for him. He calls for her very, loudly when she isn't around and now the mom thinks he needs a new loving home. I will be giving him a month pre trial to see if he can adapt. He will be here Sunday around 4pm. He will arrive with his own cage. I'll let you know how it goes.
    Rescue Ranger, Mom"

I agree but I'm ridiculously biased Smile

I'm hoping that Zulu and Squeaky will give him a nice cockatiel welcome, that Pinky the lovebird will put up with his presence, and that he won't annoy Fluffy the finch too much (the other birds sometimes like to hang out on her cage because she has some of the best outside views)
