Adorable! Her food dish reminds me of mom's Pinkie (mobility impaired lovebird). He can manage food dishes now but for baths he likes shallow plates (like a saucer from a cup and saucer set) instead of the pie dish the tiels get. Maybe Mindy would want to try one of those? In the second pic she looks like she has no feet! The cutest little ball of feathers!

She fluttered around in the coaster I put water in so I think she likes that.

What a sweetheart!! I get tears in my eyes when I look at the pics, thinking about Tiki. What happened to her that she's disabled?
We use a plastic coaster for Freddy's food, too. His feet are so arthritic, and honestly -- I think cockatiels prefer eating off the ground anyway. It's more natural for them.
