Wedding #2!

So yesterday I went to my second gay wedding. This time it was a dear friend who grew up around the corner from me. His husband is absolutely the sweetest thing! They wrote their own vows and had everyone tearing up. Best part -- Duane is a huge marching band fanatic. It's almost his whole life. So, his husband Daryl secretly started making plans a year and a half ago to have a marching band come down the road and conduct a lawn concert after the ceremony! I must admit I giggled a little bit because I kept thinking about the movie "The Other Sister," but how precious is that gift??!!   

AWWWW that was so sweet and thoughtful of him! I hope they have a long and happy life together

Daryl's vows had everyone tearing up. Duane was like, "Oh, great. How am I supposed to follow THAT??!!" lol

On an entirely different topic -- I can't post a new topic. There's a big banner ad right smack in the middle of the screen, covering the topic title and poll sections. I've gone through all my privacy settings and can't seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

hmmm...on this page (reading a post) there is a 'new topic' button both at the top right AND the bottom right...are they both banner-blocked?

I have an addon that blocks banners so I don't see what you see

Andrea, it's the FlashPlayer banner that should be at the top of the page. It migrated about a third of the way down my screen. It doesn't affect my replying to topics, just when I choose to start a new topic. Maybe the site is trying to tell me something.   

I'm only seeing them when I don't log in so I can't see the new topic button until after and then I don't have banners anymore.
