Funny story - took the Duck in for his yearly checkup today. Because he is turning 8 this year, and he has some feathers that have always had black ridges, the vet suggested an x-ray just to check things out (they say the usually do xrays yearly at 8-9). Well, the vet came back (with a not-too impressed Duck) and declared him perfectly healthy (yay!). Then she looks Mr Phil and I directly in the eyes and announces: "but, [i]man[i], he has enormous testicles!"
We cracked up. The Duckman has been super hormonal recently (my toes are super well-fed) and the vet seemed so surprised/impressed. The Big Balls jokes have been flying ever since.
Duck was never DNA sexed, but now we have proof he is definitely male. Truly a DuckMAN
