Some non-bird pics

Hi ladies. I just wanted to update you with the news that Tuesday (April 17) at 11:55 pm, I had Frederick via c-section. He's such a sweetheart. He was 8lbs 12oz and 21.25" long. He's got the most adorable birthmark on his tummy, but I haven't been able to get a pic of that yet. I do have 2 though that I thought you'd like (with the exception there's no bird in the pics)

Thanks everyone. Sylvia's really not allowed too close to him (she could take off one of his fingers if she wanted to), but Andrea's right. She looks as if she wonders where his feathers are. She is, though, starting to try to mimic his crying. He's only been home a few hours (c-sections=4 day hospital stay), and he's cried a few times. We've already heard her practicing quietly. It's disturbing to say the least. lol Tripod's loving him though. She's always trying to be right next to him (or as close as possible). She's doing this so often, that when Fred had a blow-out, she got underfoot and in the way. Fortunately, she got out of the way once she realized that we had it under control and his screaming was for a reason.

Awww Tripod is going to be Frederick's best friend.
